Good to Know Before You Arrive
Arrival
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in, change, and settle into the relaxation room before your treatment begins.
What to Bring
We provide robes, slippers, towels, and all amenities. Simply arrive with an open mind and a desire to relax. Lockers are available for your belongings.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve the serene atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you silence mobile devices and keep voices low throughout the spa. The Spa is a quiet sanctuary.
Age Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to receive spa services. Guests aged 16-17 may receive services with a signed parental consent form. No children under 16 in the spa.
CANCELLATIONS
We ask that cancellations be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance, or 50% of the service will be charged. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please call our team at 206.214.4159 to make changes or cancellations. *Group reservations require 72 hours cancellation notice.
GRATUITY
An optional 20% gratuity will be added to all spa treatments, 100% of which will be distributed to the providers and personnel taking care of you during your visit. This gratuity can be changed or removed at your discretion.
