Savor Meeting Package
Our Savor Meeting Package includes the essential pieces you’ll need for an incredible, memorable event for your guests. Savor is scalable, and affordable, making planning simple and straightforward. Each Savor Meeting Package comes with:
Meeting Room
Dedicated meeting room, set with tables, chairs, and linen for your general session. The space comfortably seats all attendees and features professional table arrangements, full linen service, and a setup designed to support a successful event.
Complimentary Parking
Self day-parking for your guests is available at no additional charge for the full duration of the event. Our parking facility offers convenient, easy access to the venue, ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival experience for every attendee.
AV Equipment
Audiovisual package including a high-definition retractable projection screen, wall mounted LCD monitor, 3M Post-It flip chart with easel and markers, AC power strip, an HDMI cable set at the presenter’s table, and podium with wired microphone upon request.
Meeting Supplies
Meeting supplies including pens and notepads for each attendee are placed at every seat before sessions begin. Additional materials are available upon request to ensure all participants have what they need to engage and participate effectively.
Breakfast
Chef created seasonal Northwest Breakfast Buffet with fresh whole fruit, local bakery pastries, house made granola, Greek yogurt and berry parfaits, vegan oatmeal, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and Chef’s choice of crispy bacon or sausage.
Morning & Afternoon Breaks
Take a break with unlimited Caffe D’arte brewed coffee, Steven Smith’s hot tea selection, assorted variety of sodas and juice, and Chef’s daily selection of morning and afternoon snacks throughout the day.
Lunch Buffet
Chef’s Daily Seasonal Choice Lunch Buffet includes two salads, three hot entrees (including one vegetarian,) two side dishes, artisan baguette and butter, assorted dessert with fresh baked cookies and petit fours, and non-alcoholic beverages.
